What happens next

Three steps, and none of them cost anything.

Step one

We reply within 24 hours

With a first read on what's going wrong and a couple of times for a call. If we can't help, we say that in the reply rather than booking you in to find out.

Step two

A free twenty minutes

Bring the most recent marked paper. We go through where the marks stopped and what would move first. Students are welcome on the call, and often should be.

Step three

A plan, then a first session

Mapped to specification points with a rough sequence to the exam. Pay per session from there, with no block booking and no contract.
